  1. Do you get the USB reconnection phenomenon when you start AIDA64, or it's coming up periodically while AIDA64 is running?
  2. Did you also have this issue coming up after updating AIDA64 to the latest version?
  3. Try to restart Windows, and check if it makes a difference.
  4. You can adjust the pixel width/height of your SensorPanel in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel. However, that won't rearrange the SensorPanel items, so you gotta do that manually.
  5. We'll implement support for negative temperatures for Aquaero 5/6 in the next AIDA64 beta update. I'll post a message into this topic once the new beta becomes available for download.
  6. Do you have the option Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching enabled (checked) on the page AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability?
  7. What motherboard and video card(s) do you have in your computer?
  8. Simply move the secondary display to the left of the primary display to make sure AIDA64 can lock its position properly even when the primary display resolution changes.
  9. What motherboard and video card(s) do you have?
  10. Our display arrived, but it doesn't seem to be compatible with AIDA64 at all. Try to ask the seller what software you need to use to communicate with the display. Also ask what API or interface one gotta use to communicate with the display. If he's willing to be helpful, we can implement support for this display. He can contact us directly too if it's preferred by him.
  11. We receive the display in the first week of January. I'll get back to you once we can put it to work and find out more about it. Till then, I hope you're safe and healthy and stay that way through the holiday season. I hope you'll have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too!
  12. Yes, thank you. We'll add your motherboard to the next AIDA64 beta update. I'll post a message into this topic once the new beta update becomes available for download.
  13. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad we're making progress. Can you please post a screenshot or copy-paste of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64?
  14. Where do you get your templates from? Are you trying to import them into the LCD module or SensorPanel module?
  15. Corsair AXi Series (only the older ones), Corsair HXi Series, Corsair RMi Series, Enermax Digifanless, Gigabyte Odin, Thermaltake DPS-G. In theory we should be able to add support for other USB-connected smart PSU's as well, but I can only be more specific and claim that support can certainly be implemented once we acquired a PSU in question and we could check it out here in our labs. Just between you and me, it would be awesome if there were a standard for PSU monitoring, much like how there's a finite number of sensor chips available for motherboard vendors. Without an industry standard, everyone's doing their own thing in a way that is highly proprietary for not just for each manufacturer, but also for each PSU line for any given vendor
  16. Maybe a 5-inch BeadaPanel would fit your requirements? You gotta ask the folks behind BeadaPanel about the market availability of the 5-inch version. AFAIK only the 7-inch model is on market right now, but the smaller one is coming soon.
  17. Throttling percentage means the amount of time the CPU spends while the processing pipeline is stalled. That stalling (a.k.a. throttling) is to prevent the CPU from overheating and suffering permanent damage.
  18. Yes, AIDA64 has an Alerting module that can do that for you. Go to AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Alerting to configure it.
  19. What motherboard, CPU and video card(s) do you have? Are you using the latest version of AIDA64, 6.32?
  20. That "62% zoom" only refers to the fact that the LCD preview in AIDA64 Preferences is shown as a 62% scaled-down version of the actual layout, so you shouldn't expect a pixel-to-pixel match with what you get on the actual LCD device. Also in such case don't be afraid of the images displayed slightly distorted on the LCD layout editor due to down-scaling (by the ratio of 62% in your case). Such down-scaling is necessary when there's no room on the PC monitor to display the LCD layout with 100% zoom. E.g. even on a full-HD resolution monitor you wouldn't be able to fit a 1920x1080 (full-HD) layout due to the buttons, menu and other portions of the AIDA64 Preferences window
  21. Please show us a screenshot where the incorrect information is displayed. E.g. the Computer / Overclock page or the main menu / Tools / AIDA64 CPUID panel. As for "sleep state not supported?", what do you mean exactly? Can you see an error about that in AIDA64? Also, what motherboard do you have? Are you using the latest AIDA64 version of 6.32?
  22. We don't manage such a database I'm afraid. AIDA64 v6.32 implements specific sensor support for Z490 motherboards made by ASRock, Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI and Supermicro. Other motherboards featuring Z490 chipset are supported via the generic sensor chip layout.
  23. LCDsysinfo displays work with the software provided by LCDsysinfo, but the sensor readings has to be fed by a 3rd party software like AIDA64. So in case you'd like to monitor your sensor values, you need both AIDA64 and LCDsysinfo's own software to be installed and running.
  24. What video card model do you have? Yours wasn't made by EVGA I suppose.
  25. 1) Do you have an EVGA RTX3090 card? 2) What motherboard do you have? I assume you're using AIDA64 v6.32 (latest version). If not, then please upgrade to it since it's the latest and greatest version
