  1. Thank you for your testing. I agree, it seems to be quite difficult to get a proper CPU temperature measurement from your system.
  2. I don't think the sensors are assigned incorrectly across the cards. What may be the problem is if AIDA64 uses a different indexing order for your 3 GPUs than other software or the physical order of your video cards. AIDA64 uses the order that is dictated by the PCI device ordering on the PCI bus.
  3. It still happens in rare cases. We haven't yet found a reliable method to fix it up 100%.
  4. 1) Are you running Windows 10 64-bit with all the latest updates installed? 2) Do you use AIDA64 v5.99? (latest version) 3) Is your CPU overclocked?
  5. If you start the System Stability Test, the CPU usage is supposed to stay at 100%, constantly, as long as you don't stop the test. Do you mean that while the test is running, after a few minutes the CPU usage drops down to cca. 9%, without you interfering with the test?
  6. First you say no errors, then you say the app didn't open. Which one is the case? If AIDA64 doesn't open, then you cannot verify if there are any incorrect information displayed
  7. If you want to copy AIDA64 onto a USB flash drive, just download the portable ZIP package, extract it to your flash drive, launch AIDA64.EXE from the folder on the flash drive, enter your product key, alter any settings you like (using AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences), and you're good to go. You can of course install AIDA64 on your main workstation PC as well, but for that purpose it's best to use the self-installing EXE package. You can enter your license there as well, since the license is tied to you (as an engineer/professional) and not to any particular computer you own or service.
  8. This seems to be a BIOS bug to me, since even the raw sensor register for CPU temperature looks incorrect. I advise you to ignore the CPU temperature, and use the CPU Diode thermal reading instead. Which is the thermal reading that Ryzen Master uses as well. BTW, CPU Diode temperature comes from the CPU itself, so it's not dependent on the motherboard or motherboard BIOS to be correct or usable.
  9. What interface do you use to connect your 8-inch LCD to your computer? What video card do you have?
  10. Please try to wait cca. 30 seconds, and the freezing should be gone. If not, please let me know.
  11. No such restriction is used in AIDA64 Engineer, and a single AIDA64 Engineer license will suit your needs and usage scenario. You however may want to avoid installing AIDA64 on those systems you build, but instead copy the content of the portable ZIP package onto a USB flash drive and launch AIDA64 from there on each system. You need to enter your license once, the first time you launch AIDA64 from your flash drive, and configure AIDA64 once. Both your entered license and your preferences (settings) will be saved on the flash drive.
  12. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> SMART Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery

  15. They cannot be added to the sensor icons, since there's no way to squeeze the information into 3 digits.

Wow, that's a stunning layout! Happy Holidays!
  17. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  18. AIDA64 has several codepaths to stress a CPU. It has different, heavily optimized codepath for your processor that utilizes AVX, and another codepath that is also heavily optimized to stress your CPU without using AVX. Since all our codepaths are optimized "to the teeth", there are situations when they can achieve quite similar results. It depends on the CPU type, AVX offsets, factory default TDP, overclocking settings, and a lot of other factors. We've added the ability to disable using AVX (and AVX-512) in the AIDA64 System Stability Test to let you adjust the test to a deeper degree than when everything works automatically.
  19. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Also, it would be very useful if we can have a reference list of sensor readings. If possible, please send us a photo that shows all temperature, voltage and fan speed readings in the UEFI Setup (BIOS Setup). Thank you in advance!
  20. Make sure to have Asetek LC sensor support enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and that you've got your H150i device connected to one of the USB ports or USB headers of the motherboard.
  21. As long as the bottom graph (in AIDA64 System Stability Test) doesn't show any throttling activity for your CPU under heavy load, you have nothing to worry about.
  22. Make sure to always use the latest AIDA64 beta build. We'll add the one you've posted 3 hours ago in the next AIDA64 beta as well.
  23. Thank you. Do you think the temperature reading labelled as "Aux" in AIDA64 may be the CPU thermal reading?
  24. Quite frankly, I have no idea We've tried to reproduce the issue with the same CPU and same video card than what you've got, and it works flawlessly for us.
