Thank you. We'll try to find out how can that tool do what it does.

NVMe Drives Disappear From OSD Panel During Temperature Update
Fiery replied to Yemble's topic in Bug reports
We've tried to replicate the issue on our own NVMe drives (using the latest AIDA64 beta build), but with no luck. So I cannot check whether there's a difference between the latest stable build (4900) and the latest beta build (4992), since they both work properly for us. But it would be important to find out whether the issue is related to the recent changes that are only available in the last few beta builds. -
Please avoid being arrogant with us on this forum. Please also try to enable the SensorPanel, and check if the Lock panel position option works the way you expect (but for the OSD Panel). If yes, then we can implement that behavior for the OSD Panel as well.

Thank you for your feedback! We'll add "Water #2" to the language modules in the next AIDA64 beta update

GPU Less sensor, wrong index (P106 mining adapter issue)
Fiery replied to xixou's topic in Bug reports
Our P106 board arrived. Apparently the standard nVIDIA GPU detection API (called NVAPI) doesn't support mining adapters. It may be possible to poll the card using another nVIDIA API called NVML, but that API cannot be called from 32-bit applications, so we cannot support it at this time. -
NVMe Drives Disappear From OSD Panel During Temperature Update
Fiery replied to Yemble's topic in Bug reports
1) Can you see the same issue with AIDA64 v5.99.4900, the latest stable release? 2) Are your NVMe drives part of a RAID array? -
OSD Panel is supposed to be a quick & easy solution to display sensor readings. If you need a more advanced solution, try AIDA64 SensorPanel which -- among many other things -- supports locking its position and window size.

Renesas ISL69138 Controller VR VOUT (ASRock Z370 Extreme4)
Fiery replied to Globespy's topic in Hardware monitoring
I'm afraid we don't have any information on that Renesas chip, and it doesn't seem to be compatible with older PWM chips. We'll need to get the datasheet of that chip to implement support for it. -
We've fixed the Intel ARK link to work properly. As for https, it should work automatically as http websites should be automatically redirected to their https counterpart. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that not all website admins are attentive enough to make it happen, but they all should.

New LCD device support: Samsung SPF Digital Photo Frames
Fiery replied to Fiery's topic in Hardware monitoring
We've tried to replicate the issue using our own 800P device. Apparently it works properly under Windows XP, but under Win7 and Win10 the device fails to accept the "switch to mini-monitor mode" command when AIDA64 issues it. Even more strange is that it fails to accept the command when Samsung's own Frame Manager software issues it. So the device seems to be unable to work at all in mini-monitor mode with Windows 7 and Windows 10 We've tried to come up with a workaround, but no luck so far. We will try to figure out a special way to talk to the device, in a hope that we can get it somehow to switch to mini-monitor mode using alternative methods. -
No, because there're hundreds of places in our code where such an issue could happen if we're not 100% careful So it's tough to find the place without knowing more about the event that triggers the issue.

Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.

It is detected using various detection methods and built-in hardware databases. It's not possible to edit that string.

fixed: AMD Radeon VII support [added in AIDA64 v6.00]
Fiery replied to Raiderman's topic in Hardware monitoring
It's odd that they are not listed among the other sensor items. Can you see the Radeon VII thermal readings on the Computer / Sensor page? -
fixed: Temperature alert settings are not kept after exit
Fiery replied to iw23987r's topic in Hardware monitoring
Thank you for your feedback! -
We've checked it, and both EXS_FAN_1 and EXS_FAN_2 should already be measured as long as they are spinning (provide a non-zero RPM readout). However, their label in AIDA64 will be Chassis #5 and Chassis #6 respectively. Fan #21 is the fan connected to your Kraken device.

The above mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Let me know how it works.
