  1. You can activate the Logging feature in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Logging. If that doesn't reveal any useful information about your issue, then you can try running the AIDA64 System Stability Test in AIDA64 / main menu / Tools / System Stability Test. BTW, what I would try to do about your system to diagnose the issue: 1) Restore all settings to default (no overclock, no tuning about the RAM or chipset) 2) Update system BIOS to the latest stable one 3) Run AIDA64 System Stability Test with only the "FPU" subtest enabled to see if it is overheating under heavy stress 4) Replace the PSU (Power Supply Unit). Check if you could borrow a stable PSU from a friend. In many cases the PSU is behind the stability issues, especially if the PSU is in use for several years already Regards, Fiery
  2. If it's possible, please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> ATA Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> SMART Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Please do those 2 dumps both before and after hibernation, to let us see what difference does the hibernation make. Thanks, Fiery
  3. Thank you. Please expand the Devices group in the left menu in AIDA64, and right-click on USB Devices --> Quick Report --> Plain Text. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Then right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> RAID Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Let me know if the device disconnects while performing the dump.
  4. 1) What kind of USB 3.0 enclosures do you use? Is it one particular model, or multiple models? Which one(s) exactly? 2) Do you know what USB-ATA bridge chipset do your USB 3.0 enclosures use? 3) Do you experience similar issues with HD Sentinel or CrystalDiskInfo? Thanks, Fiery
  5. Yes, it's a BIOS (firmware) limitation that cannot be overridden on your system. On other Dell and Asus systems it is possible to do that, but on several other system the re-activation fails to work for some reason Fortunately on newer systems Intel dropped the MCHBAR locking trick.
  6. Thanks. It seems our efforts to activate MCHBAR in your chipset doesn't work. The BIOS locks the MCHBAR, prevents AIDA64 from re-activating it, and so AIDA64 is still unable to read chipset details from MCHBAR. I'm afraid there's nothing more we can do about that
  7. Thank you for the feedback. Please do the following: 1) Go to the Motherboard / Chipset page in AIDA64 2) Then right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> PCI Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
  8. I'm afraid we couldn't find a way to get around that limitation yet
  9. Thanks for checking, it's great to see it works alright
  10. Thank you. EC registers indicate that you use +0.15V offset on top of the NB VID of 1.10V, which adds up to 1.25V CPU/NB voltage. What is the CPU/NB voltage offset value configured in the BIOS Setup? If it's not +0.15V, then there may be a BIOS bug
  11. What is the actual configuration that yields to 1.15V? More specifically, what is the NB VID value, and do you use absolute (manual) voltage selection for CPU/NB voltage in the BIOS Setup or +/- offset voltage? Also, for the current settings (of 1.15V) please copy-paste an Embedded Controller Dump, so we could check the register values.
  12. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.co...14y5mb2xqrjhzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  13. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild2114y5mb2xqrjhzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works
  14. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild2114y5mb2xqrjhzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Please note that we've kept the North Bridge VID intact on the Overclock page, and added a new reading (CPU/NB voltage) to the Sensor page. Thanks, Fiery
  15. I'm afraid that's not the chipset temperature, just a non-utilized temperature rail in your sensor chip. You can verify that in the BIOS Setup, where on the PC Health Status page you will only find the same 2 readings that AIDA64 also displays on its Sensor page.
  16. UAC warning indicates that the application (AIDA64) requires elevation (administrator privileges), so it warns you for a good reason You can either: 1) Disable UAC 2) Enable AIDA64 auto-start when Windows loads up (AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / General) 3) Remove or rename the file AIDA64.EXE.MANIFEST that you can find in AIDA64 installation folder. However, this way you will effectively disable all low-level hardware communication done by AIDA64, and so you will lose a lot of information and measurements, including GPU details, chipset details, sensor readings, overclock information, etc. Regards, Fiery
  17. Yes, we do have plans about supporting the Corsair Link interface. We've already requested Corsair to provide us with the necessary materials to do that, but so far they haven't sent us anything. As for Asetek LC, it is already implemented in AIDA64 v2.60. Please check the following forum topic: http://forums.aida64...pu-cooler-data/ Regards, Fiery
  18. Please post a screen shot of HWMonitor to show us how it labels the chipset temperature readings, and what temperature values does it show for it.
  19. Please don't compare MS to us. It's a company that is at least 10000x bigger than us As for the idea, I'm afraid it's not possible with AIDA64 Regards, Fiery
  20. It's not possible right now, but we'll try to come up with something to fix such issues. Probably a global "remember all column widths" trick would do the job, but it will take some time to implement that in AIDA64. I'll let you know in this topic once we have an update on this matter. Thanks, Fiery
  21. Are you sure your motherboard is capable of measuring chipset temperature? Is there any software (made by Gigabyte or someone else) that can measure it?
  22. You need to replace /TEXT with /CSV to let AIDA64 create CSV format reports. You can then use AIDA64's built-in Audit Manager to compile the chart you're looking for from the CSV reports.
