  1. We haven't seen such an issue yet. What motheboard, CPU and video card(s) do you have? Are you using Win10 or Win11?
  2. We're working on it. We've already contacted the folks at VoCore to seek a resolution to this issue.
  3. Such dynamic labels are not supported by AIDA64.
  4. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  5. As far as I can understand, that display connects to the PC as a regular monitor. In which case you can use the SensorPanel facility of AIDA64 and no special support or change necessary to be applied to AIDA64.
  6. Thank you, but that package doesn't include any SDK or programming information
  7. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Aqua Computer Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  8. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics. I've replied you in your other topic. This topic locked.
  9. Make sure to have the option called DIMM thermal sensor support enabled (checked) in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.
  10. Your shots show the capabilities of your memory modules and not the current setting or active mode. You can check what frequency your memory is operating at in AIDA64 / main menu / Tools / CPUID.
  11. It's indeed because of Windows 11. It uses sandboxing which prevents several low-level calls that would be required to measure BCLK properly on certain Intel processors like Skylake, Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake, and Comet Lake. We haven't found a proper workaround or fix yet. What works is to disable Memory Integrity in Windows Settings / Security.
  12. We will fix this issue in the next AIDA64 beta update. I will post a message into this topic once the new beta becomes available for download.
  13. We don't offer such packages because it would have to be pre-configured for each motherboard out there and that would mean 1000+ different ZIP packages to maintain
  14. What CPU do you have? Please note that AMD processors do not feature a per-core thermal diode. By going from Intel to AMD CPU, you may indeed lose core temperature readings due to hardware limitation.
  15. Thank you! We're working on it. It's a tough one though since Win11 forces software into a virtualized environment. And so I'm not sure if the resolution or workaround would be something you'd want to use. Till then, if you disable Memory Integrity in Windows Settings, you can make it work with the current AIDA64 release.
  16. Is there a SDK or programming information for the display?
  17. Thank you! We've fixed this issue in the latest AIDA64 update of v6.50: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe
  18. It's been fixed in the latest AIDA64 update of v6.50: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe
  19. I'm confused: is your issue related to AIDA64 at all?
  20. That sounds very strange. We've put the Reset Position button there exactly for such issues to be easily remedied. Can you please explain what monitors do you have and how they're positioned relative to each other?
  21. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> CPU Debug --> CPUID & MSR Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery

  23. What version of AIDA64 are you using?
  24. On the Computer / Overclock page you will indeed see just a single GPU. You can however monitor all your GPUs on the Computer / Sensor page, Display / GPU page, and also on the SensorPanel. Make sure to right-click on the SensorPanel --> New --> and select the values from the big list of available sensor items.
