yes we have a tools 'beadatools' for configuration of BeadaPanel.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArGfiTxjUGUl_SJ6Kq2Ta46Tkxlj?e=EQBdgh

you can edit parameters in animation.ini file for brightness under screensaving.

Is there an example of what all the values can be in the animation.ini?

I just changed the rotation, had to look somewhere to find to solution.

But time format is not formatted in my time format so what options do i have?

also like 'type', 'pattern'stuff like that are there more values to change or play with?

Thanks

When I update the driver, I get the following error message:

"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.

Panel-Link USB Graphics"

Any ideas?

Did you shut off Windows driver signature check before your installation?

Does BeadaTools work when the driver is installed?  Or do we have to uninstall the driver for it to see the device?

For Windows USB devices, there are 2 options for driver installation: one is customized device driver like Panel-Link USB Graphics driver in this case, another is common device driver which provided by MS, in this case, it is WinUSB. We can not make device work under these 2 modes simultaneously so the answer should be 'No', you have to unstall the customized devide driver and then to see common WinUSB device.

Starting from v7.10, BeadaPanel supports a new feature as known of on line firmware upgrade. User can click through on BeadaTools webpage to complete the whole procedures of upgrading. For the products still in elder version than v7.10, user should upgrade it to v7.10 at first and then online upgrade it to any newer revisions.

its working perfectly with aida64

then today its suddenly have black screen, I thought my aida64 is crashed.

Then I go to double check everything, nothing weird, I restarted my pc etc, nothing change.

Then I take the SD card, put into my sd card reader, nothing show up.

I buy a new SD card, but I think there is a file I need to insert to the SD card, anyone have any idea what to do / fix this? or what happened to my screen?

So firmware was running and TF card either ok. Did you find a usb device appears in your Windows device manager as soon as you plug your BeadaPanel into your PC?

Oh you are correct, I cant find it in my Device Manager. And also the LCD not showing the photo in SD card.

Usually its will show the photo if not connected to aida64 right? Since I never set it to be turned off. Also I tried to use different micro usb cable and put it into a phone charger directly just to try if the photo will show up. But, the photo never show up as well.

also this is my Aida64 show:

I would suggest you to try different USB ports on your PC or try on another PC. That will help to isolate the issues. And if the issue persists, you can contact service support -->https://www.cjcsh.com/pages/contact
