  1. Just focus on the CPU Package value.
  2. CPU Package is the temperature that is measured by the CPU itself, and it represents the overall temperature of the CPU package -- as opposed to the core temperatures which correspond to an individual CPU core.
  3. Such issue can happen with Corsair RGB keyboards where each international layout would require us to add a separate layout table. The lack of standard SDK/API makes our lives a lot tougher than with Logitech and Razer RGB keyboards And as I've stated above, currently AIDA64 supports only the US layout for Corsair RGB keyboards, but it will work with other layouts as long as you keep in mind that some keys may be mixed up. What keyboard model do you have? Do you also use RemoteSensor or Logitech Arx? When you use those modules, AIDA64 will try to keep the Preferences window as large as possible, to let the LCD layout editor/preview fit without too much shrinking (zoom-out).
  4. We've just checked our GLCD2USB device under Windows 10 RTM 64-bit, using the default HID driver, and it works flawlessly. Init failed means the device doesn't return RID_GET_INFO packet via HidD_GetFeature. Are you sure your device has got the right firmware and the firmware is properly flashed? Can you communicate with the device using your own application or another Windows or Linux software?
  5. HWiNFO64 should use the same access method. But AIDA64 does a few tricks when e.g. CPU temperature cannot be measured via Dell SMI -- and that may just make a difference. Also, AIDA64 supports 2 different interfaces to issue Dell SMI calls, so it would be necessary to understand the exact method used on your system. Please create the following outputs and send them in email to me (I'll send you my email address in private message in a minute): 1) A screen shot of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64. If possible, please adjust the window size to show all readings on a single shot. If not possible, then please create 2 screen shots to make sure we can see all information. 2) A screen shot that shows HWiNFO64 Dell SMI readings. I think it's called Dell EC in HWiNFO64. 3) Right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Save it to a TXT file and attach it to your email. 4) Right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Save it to a TXT file and attach it to your email. Thank you in advance.
  6. 1) Do you have any external storage devices connected to your PC? 2) Do you have any special water cooling systems in your PC? 3) Do you have any external LCD or VFD devices connected? (not counting your monitor(s), of course) 4) What motherboard, CPU and video card do you have in your PC? Thanks, Fiery
  7. Yes, in such case your phone is the router. But I don't think such ports have to be configured on the phone in any ways. Just specify port 8080 in the AIDA64 Preferences, and use the IP address with ":8080" in the web browser. However, your have to make sure your internet provider (the one that gave you the SIM card for your cell phone) doesn't limit or block traffic on non-standard TCP/IP ports.
  8. The mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is available for download at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Let me know how it works
  9. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  10. Of course. You only have to (once) change the option Update type to "Stable and beta updates" in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / General. That will enable AIDA64 to look for both beta and stable updates, and install the latest one available. Please note however that the built-in fully automatic update method is only available if you have a genuine license or use AIDA64 in trial mode.
  11. I'm not sure if this can be resolved, since the audio issues are caused by the Dell SMI BIOS layer that AIDA64 has to handle to read Dell SMI sensor values. We'll try to come up with an alternative access method, although I'm not sure if there's one exist at all. Do you have a Dell software that can read those sensor values without audio issues?
  12. The requested feature will be implemented in the next AIDA64 beta update due in a few days from now Regards, Fiery
  13. SensorPanel and LCD layouts are stored in the file called AIDA64.INI in the AIDA64 installation folder. Make sure to backup that file after you've built your LCD layout. BTW, by using the built-in AIDA64 automatic internet update feature, both your settings (AIDA64.INI) and your entered product key (license) are retained after an upgrade.
  14. As far as I know, neither SDKs (Logitech LED and Razer Chroma) allow multiple applications to concurrently handle the keyboard LED matrix. So when a software takes over the keyboard, the other ones cannot handle it anymore and has to wait for the application to quit. I'm not sure if Logitech or Razer would like to allow concurrent access at all, but it may worth a try asking them about this.
  15. According to our knowledge, no, not yet
  16. That file is used to read the system BIOS and video BIOS content when no administrator privileges are provided to AIDA64.EXE. Since it's a 16-bit DOS executable, it is not used under any 64-bit Windows installations.
  17. Such measures shouldn't be necessary. The update does nothing else than download a ZIP package and extract it to the AIDA64 installation folder, by overwriting the old files. AIDA64.INI is never included in update packages, and the update process doesn't reconfigure AIDA64 either.
  18. What did happen? What didn't work? I'm sorry to hear that, but please note that all you have to back up is the file AIDA64.INI that you can find in the AIDA64 installation folder. That files includes all settings and all LCD + SensorPanel layouts. I'd recommend you to do a regular backup of that file, along with your Documents folder and other important files and folders.
  19. That could happen when you use DPI scaling. We haven't yet found a way to fix that issue Regards, Fiery
  20. Try to disable Dell SMI sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. That way you will lose a few readings on the Computer / Sensor page though. Regards, Fiery
  21. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. Thanks, Fiery
  22. We've implemented support for Corsair K65 RGB, K70 RGB and K95 RGB keyboards in the following new AIDA64 Extreme beta update: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Please note that Corsair keyboards require a bit more complicated handling, e.g. separate code path for international keyboard layouts. We have very limited documentation on the issue, so right now the RGB LED module only supports the US layout. In theory it would work with any layouts, but there may be issues with QWERTZ vs. QWERTY vs. AZERTY key indexes. If you find a bug or glitch about the layout, please let us know exactly which keyboard with which international layout do you have, and we'll fix it up.
  23. Apparently that was actually 2 separate issues about Skylake BCLK overclocking, but we've already fixed up both issues in the following new AIDA64 beta update: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Thank you for your help
  24. Thank you, that looks very interesting, and also quite odd. Please also post a screen shot of the CPU Tweakings panel, at 23x200 setting. Right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> CPU Debug --> CPU Tweakings.
