  1. I'm sorry, I forgot to ask you to enable the options "RAID member enumeration" and "RAID SMART support" in the Preferences So that's how it's supposed to provide the best results on your configuration.
  2. Here's the new AIDA64 beta update with the RSTe-related fix implemented:: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1954ghbsmz4c8kzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
  3. We've finally been able to figure out how to enable the special Thermal Radar temperatures on Asus Sabertooth P67 and Sabertooth 990FX motherboards. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1957z0xbm6hgklzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery

  5. Thank you, we've fixed that up in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1954ghbsmz4c8kzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. 6. We've implemented gauge icons in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1954ghbsmz4c8kzip As usually, after upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
  7. Corsair Accelerator SSD drives have no cache, since they're built around a SandForce controller. On the Storage / ATA page (scroll down to the bottom of the page) AIDA64 is supposed to display that information Or you mean the Accelerator drive is not visible in AIDA64 (or in Windows completely?) at all? Regards, Fiery
  8. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1950z5qmwvn6bfzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. Thanks, Fiery
  9. Both solutions could work. If you're afraid of virus infections, then you can do the following: 1) Download AIDA64 ZIP package, extract it to an empty folder, e.g. C:\AIDA64 2) Start AIDA64.EXE from the folder (e.g. C:\AIDA64\aida64.exe) 3) Enter your AIDA64 license key (if you already got one) 4) Alter any settings you wish (in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences) 5) When you're done, close AIDA64, and burn the folder (e.g. C:\AIDA64) to a CD or DVD disc. That way you could have a "ready-to-run" AIDA64 copy with you that no viruses could infect. --- 3rd option is copying the prepared folder to a regular USB flash drive or external HDD, if you don't want to carry a CD/DVD disc with you, or if you want to save AIDA64 reports back to the drive. If you have any further questions about AIDA64, don't hesitate to ask Regards, Fiery
  10. It's quite difficult to explain what was wrong, but hopefully the fixed beta will work properly with both RSTe v3.1 and RSTe v3.2 Thank you, we're pushing hard to fix the reported issues before the next AIDA64 stable release is out
  11. There was a slight issue in the SPTI temperature measurement part of AIDA64 that we've fixed. Of course installing the latest RST or RSTe driver is always recommended, since according to the information we've received from Intel, they are working very hard in the past few months to fix and improve their RST/RSTe drivers. Let's hope RST 11.6 WHQL and RSTe 3.2 WHQL will finally eliminate all revealed issues
  12. I'm afraid we cannot add that monitor to the database, since jugding by the model ID there, this monitor ID is used in multiple Samsung monitors. And the model ID is not detailed enough to use Regards, Fiery
  13. I think you use an old version of AIDA64 Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.co...50z5qmwvn6bfzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. It will display more voltage readings too Let me know if it helps.
  14. On Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge processors CPU Package + the core temperatures are usually more accurate than the "CPU" temperature, so you can simply ignore the "CPU" temperature. CPU Package and core temperatures are both read directly from the processor, so it is normal if there's some matching in there As for fan RPMs, please create a screen shot that shows AIDA64 Computer / Sensor page and AI Suite fan RPM readings side-by-side, so we could compare the output. Thanks, Fiery
  15. Yes, it does. You can open the file using Notepad to see what's inside
  16. Thank you. It seems something weird is going on in the Windows 8 kernel about CPU caches. The issue can be experienced on both AMD and Intel processors, so we've contacted both companies to find out what's behind this, and whether we could fix it or get around it. I'll let you know in this topic once we have an update to this matter.
  17. Thank you. Please also create a Super I/O Dump by right-clicking on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Super I/O Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. "Fans there" or "not there" state does not matter this case, only one dump is enough. Thanks, Fiery
  18. Since the power monitoring feature of HP notebooks seem to use a HP-proprietary interface, I'm afraid without a test hardware we cannot figure this out We'll try to get a HP notebook and continue investigating this. Thanks, Fiery
  19. Do you mean backing up your SensorPanel settings? If so, then exporting the SensorPanel will not save desktop position.
  20. If you look at the changes in each beta release (especially in the recent ones), they are mostly relevant to AIDA64 Extreme Edition and home/enthusiast users. AIDA64 Business Edition users tend to stick to a version "that works", they don't even follow stable updates. Regards, Fiery
  21. Thank you for the tests. We'll fix that in the next AIDA64 beta update.
