  1. Please submit a new ISA Sensor Dump using Beta 1947. Thanks, Fiery
  2. Yes, we do. We'll contact them, but first we have to perform quite a few test runs to make sure we can provide exact numbers ("hard facts") in both states, on Sandy Bridge + Ivy Bridge + Sandy Bridge-E systems as well. It will take some time to gather that data, and we'll only be able to start that test session after the next AIDA64 stable update is released (which should be out in less than 2 weeks). So please provide us a bit more time to gather *.* before we can contact Intel
  3. Please copy-paste or attach both a Disk Debug / ATA Dump and a Disk Debug / SMART Dump in both these states: - State #1 is RAID member enumeration option enabled + RAID SMART support option enabled - State #2 is RAID member enumeration option disabled+ RAID SMART support option disabled Please don't forget to restart AIDA64 after altering those options in the Preferences
  4. That sounds like a good compromise to please everyone. We'll work on it Thanks, Fiery
  5. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1947zvrd4ybg3hzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. If the problem persists, then create a SMBus Dump (Full) dump in both states. State #1 is when fans are measured properly. State #2 is when fans are gone after connecting a USB device. Copy-paste both dumps into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
  6. Please create a Quick Report of the Devices / USB Devices page of AIDA64 (right-click on USB Devices in the left menu --> Quick Report --> Plain text), and copy-paste the full results into this topic. We'll use the data to filter out the USB ID of your card reader from the external disks enumeration. That will fix the on/off issues. Thanks, Fiery
  7. We've implemented the missing voltages for the Asus P8Z77 range of motherboards. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1947zvrd4ybg3hzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery
  8. We've implemented the new Gigabyte motherboard IDs in the AIDA64 hardware database. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.co...47zvrd4ybg3hzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works Thanks, Fiery
  9. The System Memory subtest of the AIDA64 System Stability Test had a bug that has already been fixed. Now it uses 16 MBytes of system memory per processing thread. So e.g. on a Core i7-2600 or Core i7-3770K processor it uses 128 MBytes of RAM. It is not the whole system memory, but it is usually enough to stress the memory and reveal any errors related to the memory controller or the RAM modules. We'll soon implement an option in the System Stability Test Preferences to let you configure how much RAM shall the System Memory subtest use.
  10. Thanks If you don't have a RAID array defined, then please try to disable the option RAID member enumeration in AIDA64 Preferences / Stability. You need to restart AIDA64 after altering that option.
  11. Such situations when the graph line cannot fit the graph area is only allowed now to avoid confusions at such users who improperly configure the area limits. It would be confusing if you couldn't see the graph at all because e.g. you configured a too low maximum limit. But of course it's not normal to use such limits that you do, and it's even less common to put more graphs into a single graph area the way you do But I'm glad you solved it, because currently the SensorPanel hasn't got such wide range of configuration options to cater for such power-user requirements that your usage scenario means Quite frankly, you're a very creative person Regards, Fiery
  12. Some users prefer to store the sensor readings for the Desktop Gadget feature in the HKLM part of the Registry instead of the HKCU part. It doesn't mean any functional difference though. Regards, Fiery
  13. 1) Does your Windows user have administrator privileges? 2) Do you have one or more images (pictures) on your SensorPanel? 3) Do you use Windows 7 SP1 64-bit? 4) Which AIDA64 version+build do you use? Thanks, Fiery
  14. Thank you. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> RAID Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
  15. Please let us know which version of Intel RSTe Drivers do you have installed, and what is your storage configuration? (AHCI mode or RAID mode? Any RAID arrays defined?) Thanks, Fiery
  16. The icon option for the gauges is not yet implemented Regards, Fiery
  17. Please also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> Battery Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
  18. If you disable the Gadget feature, it won't write sensor values to the Registry. Regards, Fiery
  19. Yes, we've also noticed how Asus' own employees love to use AIDA64 for various purposes. It seems however that their software department go their own ways, refusing to properly team up with other software developers to assure multiple monitoring solutions can be used simultaneously. Just like before we're pushing hard to change that, but so far we had no success The most amazing thing in all that is that they're fully aware of the software collision issues, yet they refuse to change AI Suite in any ways to fix that...
  20. I agree. It's not Windows' fault, but it's a limitation of the hard disk firmwares
  21. Yes, we are. We're already in touch with Asus, although just like before in the past they seem to be reluctant to do their part to improve compatibility between Asus AI Suite and 3rd party hardware monitoring applications like AIDA64. Please check the following forum topic for a similar issue: http://forums.aida64.com/index.php?/topic/772-asus-rampage-iv-extreme/ Regards, Fiery
  22. Are you sure your motherboard is capable of measuring those voltages? Can you see those voltages on the Monitor page in the BIOS Setup?
  23. Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad it works fine now
  24. It is caused by the hardware monitoring module of AIDA64 that polls hard disk drives (and SSD drives as well) and reads their temperatures 3 times a minute. You can however adjust that polling frequency if you want. Go to AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring, and set "Disk temperature polling frequency" to for example 3600 seconds. That way AIDA64 will only wake your drives once an hour. Regards, Fiery
  25. I'm afraid AIDA64 cannot show such information. Regards, Fiery
