It must be a bug in AIDA64 that we have to hunt down. Please try the following: 1) Start AIDA64, right-click on the bottom status bar of its main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. In case AIDA64 locks up while performing that dump, then please try to make a screen shot to show where the dump stopped. 2) Close AIDA64, start it again. The SensorPanel can be any size. It can be a box, or a vertical strip, or even a horizontal strip. You can make it look like a Sidebar Gadget if you want. Just check out what a fellow AIDA64 user (called Dutch) put together: The SensorPanel has a lot of possibilities.

Most of our customers actually like the way AIDA64 looks. It's not fancy or beautiful, but it's clean looking and easy to navigate. We may introduce a new GUI in the future, but it definitely won't be a "transparent 3D glass" kind of thing And BTW, a lot of AIDA64 users have the AIDA64 user interface completely hidden, since they utilize the monitoring features of AIDA64 via the SensorPanel or Logitech LCD or External Applications features.

We don't have plans about improving the design of the Sidebar Gadget. We're focusing on the new SensorPanel feature, to make it more usable and fancier as well. We don't want to copy the look'n'feel of other software BTW

What I meant to say is that you should contact Asus and ask them whether they want to implement importing AIDA64 readings in their AI Suite application. We are not Asus, hence we cannot alter or enhance Asus' own application (AI Suite).

AIDA64 is capable of exporting the sensor readings it measures for other applications. Asus would be able to import those readings into AI Suite application. Regards, Fiery

Currently you can only use URLs on the SensorPanel when you lock the position of the panel (in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel). We'll work on eliminating that limitation. And yes, you can enter a program path+filename as URL and double-clicking will launch the program.

Maybe previously you had the GPU Fan Duty Cycle put on the LCD. Duty cycles are detected as percentage of full speed, while regular GPU Fan Speeds are measured in RPM. Check out the list of items you can add to your LCD, maybe you have both a GPU fan duty cycle and a GPU fan RPM as well.

Once you enable the SensorPanel, AIDA64 will remember that setting, and will automatically display the SensorPanel when you launch AIDA64. You can set AIDA64 to launch at every Windows startup. And you can also configure AIDA64 to hide its main window when you launch it (or when it is automatically launched at Windows startup). Both options are available in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / General.

We may implement an export/import feature for the OSD and Sidebar feature in the future, but currently we're focusing on improving the new SensorPanel feature and revamping the Logitech LCD and Alerting features.

We'll implement negative pixel placement to help you about the font issue. As for the rest, I think we'll wait for more feedbacks from our customers, and we'll decide whether we should implement a "Basic" (or "Easy") mode besides the current "Advanced" mode. Maybe we can make the new feature to act like the old one in default, and you can switch the current "Advanced" mode by pressing a button...

Your old Logitech LCD configuration will be automatically imported, but due to the way the new LCD module works, you will need to fine-tune the LCD items to make it look like it used to do. Also note that multiple device support means one 160x43 monochrome device (e.g. G13, G13) and one QVGA device (G19). This limitation is due to arhictectural limitations of Logitech LCD SDK. It's not possible for a single software to connect to more than 2 devices, and it's also not possible to connect to multiple devices of the same type.

It's not possible. Other users achieved that by cutting the part of the Desktop background image and using it as a background image on the SensorPanel

We've tried that, but couldn't reproduce the issue. Please let us know the exact steps you perform when you lose the label. You should use Win+M instead

Thank you. Please keep on using Build 1462 until the next beta is released. We're in the middle of revamping the Logitech LCD module, to implement SensorPanel-like features and multiple devices support. The next beta with those improvements should be out early next week. It will hopefully fix the mentioned bug as well. If the bug persists, then please let us know about it.
