I had hoped to throw my hat in the ring, to see what may be available, upcoming promotions, or sales, or coupon codes.

In the past I watched for them, but never had and spare money to make it happen, I've be under financial hardship for the last year or so, still am, but right now I could spend a few dollars on my most trusted and essential software, but at 60 Dollars US, in Canadian, depending on exchange and tax it could get close to 100 at worst... Even at 100, it is worth every penny. But, maybe it's just not meant to be.

Originally I got a Kinguin Code, 3 years ago or more, for like 5 dollars, and became enthralled with Aida64 Extreme, then I discovered and now understand the grey market hijinks, and DEV robbing practices that they are responsible for.

I just want to support awesome finalwire Devs in any way I can, especially for what they have given me, and the world with this software. But maybe it's just not meant to be.

Keep up the great work, I've turned many on to your product, and they all never imagined that it was as robust and well tailored as I had promised them, now they understand.

    Be well.

I've sent you an email about this issue.

I'm using the latest beta of Aida64, and unfortunately activating "Embedded Controller (EC) support" didn't help.

But the PCH temperature can be read out, HWinfo can do it too!

On my old motherboard Asus Crosshair x570 it read the chipset and VRM temperature.

Is this no longer possible with the new B650E-E chipset?

Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

    https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know how it works.

    Hi Fiery,

Do not worry abut the time-frame.  I am a retired software engineer so I understand the importance of being able to re-create the behavior so you can debug effectively.

Thank you for your understanding.  Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

AIDA64 Extreme doesn't detect CPU fan of Minisforum BD770i Motherboard (https://store.minisforum.com/products/minisforum-bd770i)

Do you think the CPU fan is measured properly but simply labelled by AIDA64 incorrectly?  AIDA64 actually measures 4 fans for your motherboard:

    Cooling Fans

    • Chassis    823 RPM
    • Power Supply    1448 RPM
    • Fan #4 (LM78)    1099 RPM
    • Fan #5 (LM78)    2647 RPM

Specifications of BD770i motherboard reflects it supports 4 fans, perfectly matching the number of fans AIDA64 can measure.  If you could kindly clarify how to modify the labels, we could fix it in AIDA64.

And the Kraken 2023 Systems not detected by actual Aida?
    HWinfo can get all Infos.

The Thing with the Cam Software is simple. When starting Cam BEFORE any other Software (Hwinfo), Cam will get exclusive access to the Sensors.
So first starting Hwinfo and after that Cam and both can detect the Sensors.

We're working on this issue.  In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+Alt+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

    Thanks,
    Fiery

Ok, this was a little bit magic guys. This is what I call „customer support“!!!

    It works now :)

One last question. If the value of a sensor prints e.g. „TRIAL *C“ does this mean it is not available in the Trial Version?
Either way it is bought :D

    thank you

Yes, TRIAL tags will be removed and replaced by the actual, meaningful values once you enter a valid AIDA64 product key.

@Fiery This is really a GAME CHANGER. I also confirm that this works flawlessly and this WORKS PERFECT!

For me, it worked for all the state except the numbers from 0-15. I am doing something wrong as they were not aligned correctly for me. I tried normal numbers, _NN and -NN :(

@COSTAJUNIOR, please let me know what naming convention or style did you use to make it work.

Mine screenshot is as follows where I know I am missing something to make it work:

@COSTAJUNIOR  Thank you for your feedback!

For numbering scheme make sure to remove the space after the dash character and also use 2-digit numbers (ie. use a leading zero when the number is below ten).  So instead of "Double- 8.png", use "Double-08.png".
