Trying to create a full screen sensor panel with custom gauges.  After setting up about the 10th gauge, the back ground picture and all of the custom gauges disappear, followed by  - Thread creation error: Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.

Is there a limit to the number of custom gauges or sensor panel items?  All custom gauges are 150 x 150 or less and the largest is 25kb.  The background photo is 1920x1080 and less the 1mb.  Gauges and background photo are all .png made in Gimp.

This happened the first time with the Aida64 Extreme 6.25.5400 release installed.  After it crashed the first time, I couldn't get custom gauges to work at all so I uninstalled and re-installed.  I still had the same problem, so I uninstalled again.  Now I'm running the beta portable release 6.25.5458 and it failed in about the same place.

    Advice?

Here's the fix for the PNG loading issues:

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

So after some extensive testing the culprit seems to be thumbnail data only. You only need to uncheck thumbnail data when exporting from gimp.

Yes, here you go. There's another screenshot that might be interesting as well. The Photoshop one is definitely the background image I am currently using in SensorPanel.

Thank you!  We've optimized on the Registry access to minimize the Registry updates.  Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

As the title says I'm experiencing the flickering with the 6800 XT in the sensor panel similar to this thread: AMD RX 6800 GPU Not showing in sensor panel - Bug reports - AIDA64 Discussion Forum.

Is there any luck on this?  Or am I doing something incorrectly?

I'm running the 6.32.5640 beta and the 21.2.3 drivers.
I've attached the gpu register dump. I hope this helps!

Thank you for the dump!  Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

I only have this issue with the latest versions of AIDA.

I've updated the Beta to the last version and it does the same.

I'm not updating the Stable and it keeps working without issues.

Something specific to check with HD Sentinel?

It does not cause any particular issue.

Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

Thanks for the update,  So after some extensive testing the culprit seems to be thumbnail data only. I exported all my gauge gifs with each of the check boxes of the export options stated in the suggested post one by one.  Maybe your gif decoder can ignore this data?

Thank you, that's very helpful info. We're working on fixing the PNG decoder module of AIDA64 to ignore the thumbnail data.

worked, images cant have meta data at all...wonder why ?

The issue is caused by the embedded thumbnail data of PNG files.  If you remove that from the PNG file, it works fine with AIDA64.

We're working on a bug fix about decoding PNG images in AIDA64.

same error...access violation...i cant even add a background on my panel.

    please fix this bug.

So far it seems the issue is caused by embedded thumbnail data in PNG files.  If you can, please edit the PNG and remove the thumbnail data.

Meanwhile, we're working on a bug fix, but it will most likely take longer than a workaround of editing the PNG on your end.

    Hi Fiery,

Thanks for the quick response.  Of course, when I try to reproduce the problem with the resizable BAR enabled, it decides its going to work this time!

The only difference between when it didn't work and now that it's working is that I updated EVGA's Precision X1 to v1.1.7 and it did a BIOS update on my GPU. I guess maybe this might have fixed the issue?  I was under the impression that the BIOS updates done through Precision X1 were not the same as flashing the operating BIOS of the card, but I'm no hardware engineer so I just don't know.

In any case, I am attaching the files you requested anyway in hopes that maybe they can tell you something interesting.

I'll let you know if that issue appears again.  My only current issue is my NVMe and/or SSD temp sensors sometimes randomly disappear and reappear for no apparent reason, but I'm sure I can find out more by searching the threads on this forum.

    Thanks again for your attention.

Thank you!  Please open a separate topic for your SSD issue by letting us know the SSD model.  We will try to find out what's happening there...

Hello guys just a little update in case it can be useful for someone. Reverted to older SATA AHCI drivers and that seems to have fixed the disappearing HDDs after sleep. Unfortunately it didn't fix the BSOD problem when trying to shutdown AIDA. I thought it's already fixed since the drives doesn't disappear tried to shutdown AIDA and received the same BSOD pointing at ntoskrnl.exe and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Already tried turning off page file on 2 of the drives which happened to disappear as I read it could be something related to the page file but I don't know. Anyone has some clues what can be happening on AIDA exit so it makes the PC BSOD, @Fiery? I haven't had any other problems with other staff..

I'm afraid it's very difficult to diagnose such issues.  Maybe if we could narrow it down a little bit... Please try the following experiment:

    1) Disable Low-level SMART operations and the two RAID options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.  Restart AIDA64 and check if it throws a BSOD at exit.

    2) Disable GPU sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.  Restart AIDA64 and check if it throws a BSOD at exit.

Let me know how it turns out.

Thank you for your interest. I´m using 5635 Beta.

    - The good news: Now the sensor readings appear
    - The bad news: They appear as presented below

Thank you for your feedback!  The indicated readings come from your smart PSU (I suppose it's a Corsair PSU), so they're not related to the motherboard sensor readings.
