  1. AIDA64 doesn't use any curve. When it shows a RPM reading, the direct (raw) RPM value comes from the sensor that provides the reading for it. You can use the AIDA64 Correction facility to apply a ratio and/or an offset to any given reading, but you cannot convert a reading to go from one measurement unit to the other.
  2. Please note that AIDA64 shows the current CPU instruction set, as it is utilized by the Android platform. So when your Android platform is 32-bit, AIDA64 will show 32-bit CPU instruction set. It's normal that many 64-bit capable Android devices have a 32-bit Android platform installed. You can only convert an Android platform to 64-bit by installing a new Android firmware update that is 64-bit. You need to consult with the manufacturer of your device and inquire them whether they have such an update for your device.
  3. Please try to issue a SMBus Dump and check if it makes the audio go away. To do that, right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). In case it triggers the audio issues, please copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. In case it doesn't trigger audio issues, then right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. In case it triggers the audio issues, please copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. If not, let us know and we'll keep digging deeper Thanks, Fiery
  4. Thank you! That's basically just a device that has a null device GUID and so you can simply ignore it.
  5. What motherboard do you have?
  6. Throttling under 10% with your configuration, under heavy stress is normal. Try to improve the cooling of your case in case throttling goes to 20% or more.
  7. Thank you for your feedback. We will add memory type information for your device in the next AIDA64 for Android app update.
  8. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> Devices Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  9. Please try to enable both of the following options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stabililty, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching Let me know if it helps.
  10. In case the fan speed correlates with the system load, then I'd say it's accurate and a reliable reading to represent the fan speed of your laptop.
  11. What screen did you purchase and from which webshop?
  12. Where do you get that error message? On a certain page of AIDA64? At AIDA64 startup?
  13. AIDA64 doesn't have administrator privileges on your configuration right now. It means it cannot use most of its low-level hardware access functions. Try to check why that's the case. E.g. your Windows user lacks admin privileges. Or AIDA64 wasn't properly installed and certain files required to activate admin privileges are missing.
  14. Thank you for your feedback!
  15. Have you tried it with the latest AIDA64 release of v6.60 too?
  16. Thank you! Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  17. We've fixed the SanDisk Plus SSD entries in our SSD hardware database by making it less specific, in order to cover all versions of this very peculiar SSD https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  18. Are you using Win10 or Win11?

  22. AIDA64 doesn't support aggregating network speeds from multiple computers.
  23. Yes, the latest version of AIDA64 v6.60 supports all Alder Lake variants.
  24. It's quite a tough one since many things could go south in the very complex sensor module of AIDA64 Please try to disable GPU sensor support on the Stability page as well. If it doesn't help, then we will need to disable some more to find the culprit. Thank you for your patience about this issue.
