  1. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  2. I'd try to lower the memory frequency and/or loosen on the timings a little bit.
  3. Have you tried to restart Windows after entering your product key into AIDA64?
  4. Please post a screenshot of the System page of AIDA64 as well, and we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 for Android app update.
  5. Since your display connects to your computer and handled by Windows as a secondary monitor, I don't think the issue is related to AIDA64. It sounds more like a generic hardware issue that only the manufacturer of your device (Waveshare) can resolve for you.
  6. As long as you're not running Corsair's own iCUE software in the background, AIDA64 should be able to pick up the thermal readings from your Commander Pro unit.
  7. Can you see a thermal reading for your 2nd CPU in the BIOS Setup (UEFI Setup) ?
  8. We've checked it, and couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you please export your LCD layout and attach it to your post? Alternatively, if you want to send it to us in email, please send me a private message about this.
  9. Thank you for your bug report! We will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.
  10. Most notebooks do not have such information in our hardware databases. It's because notebook motherboards aren't exposed and specified as publicly as desktop PC motherboards.
  11. On the Chipset page AIDA64 shows the maximum capabilities for the memory controller. The actual system may enforce further limitations on the maximum memory it can handle. It's best if you consult Lenovo about this issue.
  12. Ryzen Master uses averaging on the thermal readings, as opposed to AIDA64 that shows the immediate thermal readings. We prefer not to process the thermal readings and just show the values as the processor reports them.

  15. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that on many devices the standard Android Battery API is inadequately implemented, and fails to provide proper charge counter information for the battery. If you want, you can hide the incorrect charge counter information from the Battery page by unchecking the charge counter option in the AIDA64 Settings.
  16. We haven't tried a RAM disk, but it sounds like an intriguing idea. As for the URL, if you set one, you can click on the image and it will open that URL in your web browser.
  17. Have you checked these guides? https://www.aida64.co.uk/knowledge-base/how-automatically-inventory-your-pcs-domain-using-gpo https://www.aida64.co.uk/user-manual/aida64-user-manual
  18. We generally recommend using the System Stability Test in 2 sessions. First, check CPU, FPU, Cache, System memory, and optionally you can add the rest as well if you want. Run it for a few hours and check if everything works smoothly. Then, in case the first sessions succeeds, run it again, but this time with only the FPU subtest enabled. That will put the most stress on the processor and drive it to its limits in terms of thermals and power draw.
  19. Quite frankly, I have no idea what that error means. We're not the authors of Passmark so it's hard for me to comment on that. What you can do via AIDA64 is to put the maximum amount of stress on your computer by using the System Stability Test (AIDA64 / main menu / Tools / System Stability Test), with only the FPU subtest in there enabled (checked).
  20. Thank you, we've banned "her". We keep banning such users, but it's tough to follow their activity since they avoid spamming us, forum administrators...
  21. Make sure to close AIDA64, and verify if it still has a running process using Windows Task Manager (in case it gets stuck at exit). Check if aida64.exe process is still running on the Details tab of the Task Manager. If it is still there, kill it via the End task button. Now you should be able to remove any remaining files of AIDA64. Please avoid swearing on this forum.
  22. No, I'm afraid the SensorPanel doesn't support such a visual module.
  23. You can use popular tools like Axialis IconWorkShop, Photoshop and Gimp.
  24. Importing is not useless, but you gotta adjust your layout in case there's a DPI setting discrepancy between the system where the layout was originally created and your current system.
  25. I don't have an answer to those. Only nVIDIA and AMD knows how exactly that temperature is measured on any given GPU of theirs.
