  1. Put your values into the following Registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FinalWire\AIDA64\ImportValues Name them as Str1, Str2,... Str10 to have 10 string values imported to AIDA64. Name them as DW1, DW2,... DW10 to have 10 integer (DoubleWord) values imported to AIDA64. If you place a value to one or more of those Registry entries, the values will get listed among the other sensor items for LCD, OSD Panel, SensorPanel, etc. Parsing a log file with a simple value would be possible, but mining has a lot of stats for a single device too, and mining system tend to have multiple devices...
  2. You've been warned and restricted from posting. Again, we do NOT tolerate that kind of language here.
  3. Topic locked. We do NOT tolerate that kind of language here.
  4. We've recently applied a major bugfix about AMD GPUs, so before digging any further, please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Please give this a few days and let us know if it makes a difference.
  5. It's not possible to directly access audio DAC on Android devices without rooting.
  6. It's because Ryzen Master provides an average thermal reading measured over a short period of time; while AIDA64 measures direct, immediate temperatures and not do any averaging or processing the measured values.
  7. Awesome, I'm glad the new beta worked out! Thank you for your help.
  8. Setting up your email account is not related to AIDA64 at all. We never ask or force anyone to send us an email via AIDA64 for Android. If Kaspersky wants to use our app to help their technical support, they should be responsible to lead you through the whole process. BTW, I'd appreciate it if you could dial down the arrogance and stop shouting (all-caps).
  9. I'm sorry, I thought you meant that you cannot send emails using our AIDA64 for Windows PCs software. You weren't clear about you're having problems with AIDA64 for Android, our mobile app Anyway, reading through your posts I suppose the main issue is that you have no email account configured on your Android device. You cannot submit an AIDA64 report to Kaspersky without having an email account configured.
  10. They should be available. But, you need to make sure to have both the following options enabled (checked) in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability: - Embedded Controller (EC) support - Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching Also, make sure to use the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  11. I'm afraid we have no further ideas on where to look about the BSoD
  12. We're looking into this... Should be possible to add it for us too.
  13. We currently have no plans to support NiceHash or to show any mining stats. You can however come up with a solution that processes NiceHash data and writes them into the Registry where AIDA64 can pick it up as an integer (numeral) data or string (textual data). Let me know if you're interested in further technical details on where to write those values in the Registry.
  14. The Auto-scale option for our graphs work regardless of the actual network performance.
  15. The special unit conversion tricks only work with NICx Download Rate and NICx Upload Rate sensor items. The following units can be used: MB/s (MegaBytes per second) Mbps (Megabits per second) GB/s (GigaBytes per second) Gbps (Gigabits per second) The default unit is KB/s (KiloBytes per second).
  16. Thank you for the dump! We've ordered a Corsair iCUE Capellix device to help us develop and implement support for the new protocol. I will let you know in this topic once we have a new update about this.

  18. Your device seems to be a regular monitor where Windows Desktop could be extended onto. Make sure to resolve that issue first, and after then you can simply use the SensorPanel module of AIDA64 to show your stats on the screen.
  19. You need to have a configured email account in order to send emails, or enter the email sending options (like SMTP Server, etc) manually. Maybe it'd be best to simply save the generated report into a TXT or HTML file, and send that file to Kaspersky using whatever email client or web email service you've got.
  20. Is your 7" screen connected to your PC as a regular monitor and you're using the SensorPanel module of AIDA64? If so, then make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. In this build, on the AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel page you can find a Reset Position button to move the SensorPanel to the top-left corner of your Windows Desktop.
  21. Does the error code appear only when you have AIDA64 running in the background?
  22. Custom Gauges are only available for classic External LCD modules. The modules that use a HTML rendering engine (RemoteSensor and Logitech Arx) the much more efficient Arc Gauges are available instead of Custom Gauges.
  23. You're fine. Just set that resolution for the RemoteSensor and start building your LCD layout in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD / LCD Items.
  24. There's no direct solution for that in RemoteSensor.
  25. Thank you for your support!
