  1. I noticed the aquaeros 4 through 6 have been implemented in AIDA64 recently, which leads to 2 questions: 1: how does one access the aquaero LCD screen (I think that is what was implemented) 2: were you able to determine if you will be able to bring the information from the aquero into AIDA64?
  2. On a similar but different note, the third and last application I have displaying system status parameters is Corsair Link. AIDA64 already reads most of the information, such as voltages, but there are a few PSU statistics not currently available. Particularly Power In, Power In Max, Power Out, Power Out Max, Efficiency, PSU Temperature, PSU Fan Speed and the Mains Voltage & Amperage. Is it feasible to pick those up also?
  3. lol, don't you ever sleep Yes, temps & rpm and also their MPS Sensors info - flow rate, reservoir level, pressure, etc. http://shop.aquacomputer.de/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=mps&x=0&y=0 But I believe the MPS sensors may only work with the Aquaero 6 versions... the 6 is a major upgrade over 5. http://forum.aquacomputer.de/weitere-foren/english-forum/103573-new-aquaero-6/ Edit: The MPS sensors work with the Aquaero 5, my bad. Added a screen shot:
  4. I have an AquaComputer Aquaero 6 PRO and use their Aquasuite to control and monitor my water cooling system. It would be a great boon if I could monitor the water cooling system via AIDA64... control may be left to Aquasuite as it is generally only done at setup. 5. I need to move Aida64 Extreme from my old system to my new build. Do I simply uninstall on the old, and reinstall on the new?

  7. I have an older MoBo (MSI X58 Pro-E) and I don't believe I installed additional software when I built the system. Driver list attached (It's .csv format for Excel, but I had to append .txt to upload here) Edit: attachments deleted
  8. I just had the "Not enough Memory..." error again WITH the picture still displayed on the SensorPanel. I had moved the picture file to the same folder as the program file. Additionally, this time I am not able to start AIDA64 to exit, and the SensorPanel is not updating. I guess that means a system reboot. If I can locate the build prior to 2752 it will install it to see what happens.
  9. Let me preface this by saying I am a driver, I do not get under the hood, so technically speaking I am a noob . That being said, I saw this option couple days ago when I was poking around and thought I would share in case it is useful: Right click on Aida64.exe (not a link), at the bottom of the options listed should be "Properties"... click it, select the "Compatibility" tab, at the bottom is an option "Run this program as an administrator" No idea if this is useful, and I have Win8.1/64, but maybe it's available with Win7/64. Edit: attachments deleted
  10. Not sure if I should take this to a new thread, as the error is different from the OP. If so I will let Fiery move it. I just experienced the "Thread creation error: Not enough storage..." again, and again the picture file was not showing on the SensorPanel. The picture file is on a different drive than the Aida64 program files, but it is not a removable drive. I exited Aida64 and restarted and now the picture is on the SensorPanel. I can move the picture to the Aida64 directory... not sure if that makes a difference.
  11. I have experienced a different error since build "aida64extreme_build_2752" was installed yesterday. When I went to check the status of the "Enable CPU throttling measurement", I got it again when I clicked on "Preferences"... every time. After restarting Aida64 I was able to proceed and confirm that CPU Throttling was NOT selected. This may be totally coincidental, but I noticed the one .jpg file I use on my SensorPanel was not displayed. After restarting it was displayed and I did not receive an error when checking the CPU Throttle status. Edit: attachments deleted
  12. Thank you for the reply. I should not have muddied the water with the gradient request, I was actually more interested in a border... but I understand the limitations of a decreasing market and ever present user requests. By the by, I renewed updates for 3 years on the Black Friday mailing you sent out... thank you for that.
  13. I have stopped using an image for my SensorPanel background and am simply specifying a backgrund color on the setup page. I was wondering if an option for a border could be added where one specifies the background color and the panel size. If possible, a gradient between two colors would be pleasing also. Edit: The gradient suggestion would be for the background, not the border.,, just to remove ambiguity.
  14. I would not complain about one time ads at installation, unless it were implemented to default install software with the user HAVING to opt out (i.e. the Ask Search toolbar). I am more concerned about the much too intimate relationship between Google and the NSA (National Security Agency - think Edward Snowden). I am not saying NSA back-doors are installed on a system running Google software, but prudence and caution require I allow for that possibility. I live in the United States and the NSA scares the holly bejeezus out of me.
  15. This? http://forums.aida64.com/topic/1144-feature-request-multiple-sensor-panels/?hl=alerting#entry6635
  16. Understood. Sad for all these rendering issues with compiler I;m guessing. I know y'all are busy, but one follow up question if I may - is the Alerting Function improvement still a consideration? Thank you. Dutch
  17. It's been a year, and i thought I would check if this is still being worked on? Thank you. Dutch
  18. Looks very useful, thank you.
  19. In case anyone else desires an Internet Activity Monitor, the gadget, "Network Meter" is excellent. http://addgadgets.com/network_meter/ does it all, including total usage for a user defined period (day, week, month, year) and MUCH more. If you have Win 8 installed, the utility http://8gadgetpack.net/ (free) allows one to run gadgets on Win 8, N.B., it does not work on Win 8.1 yet, but that is under development. This should tide one over until the brilliant lads here get a chance to develop additional features into the best monitoring program out there.
  20. I am looking for a utility that keeps track of my internet activity. To date i have found nothing that functions on Win8, There are probably options for system admins running multiple devices, but that is more than i need/want. Since AIDA64 already reads Total Download and Total Upload for a session, is it feasible to have AIDA64 log the session values for up/downloaded data when it closes, and then read the data on start up? With a user defined term function, day, week, month, year, it would be possible to display usage for the desired term.
  21. Was a reference to the Facebook Thumbs-Up Like Button seen often, meaning I agreed.
  22. *Looks for a 'Like' button to click* I believe Aida64 users should be able to place any object anywhere on the available desktop. Set a clock (with predefined templates) here, set a graph there and place some bars or values elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, I love SensorPanel and it auto-loads on my system, but it feels limited and restrictive. My sense is that Aida64 is geared toward Geeks, Overclocking Gamers and System Admins at the moment. If the frontend (SensorPanel) was made more flexible with presets, templates and various eye-candies, Aida64's overall market share for this genre of programs would grow greatly. Currently if I have an alert set and it triggers, I have no control where the notice window pops up... if in the middle of a battle in some MMORP, I get a box slammed in the middle of my screen... not conducive to what I was doing. What would be pleasant is if multiple alerts could list into a user defined and placed scrollable window, with auto-removal if the item drops below the alert level I love Aida64 and I adore the developers and their responsiveness. These comments are from the heart, and intended to continue the discussion. Edit: I should also be able to right click on a displayed object and be taken directly to a window that allows me to change settings for that object. I know, this is full blown programing toward the front end, but that's exactly what I am talking about.
