  1. Do you have any Aqua Computer-made devices connected? Like Aquaduct, Aquaero, AquaStream, D5 Next, Farbwerk, Quadro?
  2. I've sent you a private message about this.
  3. The folks at Corsair are telling you the truth. What they wouldn't tell you is that the ball is rolling in their court. In their previous software (called Corsair Link) they used to implement the necessary standardized synchronization mutexes that allowed their software to work with all major 3rd party monitoring software out there, like AIDA64, CPU-Z, HWiNFO, HWMonitor, SIV, etc. What happened is they discontinued using those mutexes and let the collisions happen, and continue to let them happen despite the fact that multiple developers (including us of course) have been pestering them for over a year now. I don't think it's wise to stick to their position of one and only one software to rule all Corsair hardware (ie. Corsair iCUE), but it's their position and they seem to want to stick to it no matter what. BTW, partial access to their hardware is not possible I'm afraid. BTW #2, it'd also be possible to allow only iCUE to access Corsair hardware, but expose the sensor readings coming from various Corsair hardware to 3rd party applications. It would require Corsair to develop a new SDK or expand their existing iCUE SDK. I'm not sure if they're working on this or whether they have any intentions to work on this.
  4. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  5. X570 temperature is shown as PCH Diode temperature in AIDA64. But you need to use the latest AIDA64 beta build to have that reading: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  6. We're still waiting for a resolution that would come from Corsair about synchronizing their software with 3rd party application like AIDA64.
  7. I'm not sure if it's possible. We will check it.
  8. No, since the components are connected together. In such situations it's best to update the BIOS, return to default settings (no overclock), and ease up on the memory timings if possible (like change Command Rate 1T to 2T).
  9. No, we've found that info online.
  10. We don't have any further info on that particular GPU SKU. We have to wait and see.
  11. I don't think that product is for the market where a GTX2080Ti Super would fit in.
  12. Because in a report that a user submitted to us, the video adapter model name was defined in the installed video driver INF file as: NVIDIA GeForce RTX T10-8
  13. We'll fix the remaining issues in the next AIDA64 beta update
  14. AFAIK lowering DRAM clock will also put less stress on the Infinity Fabric.
  15. Thank you, we're getting closer Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  16. It's great to hear, thank you!
  17. Thank you for your kind words. I'm afraid recently we've heard several issues about Samsung SPF panels not being able to switch into mini-monitor mode under Windows 10, so we've stopped recommending them.
  18. Yes. RTSS or Fraps.
  19. VDIMM VRM temperature is measured as DIMM temperature in AIDA64. I'm not sure about the other one though. Is it shown among the other readings for EVGA Z390 Dark EC sensor?
  20. What kind of tablet do you have? We've tested this with our Nexus 9 tablet, which reflects that a previous resolution of 1024 x 671 should be used in landscape mode. When we set it to that resolution, the LCD preview is in landscape mode (as it should be), and whatever we put on the LCD layout gets displayed properly on the screen. Almost the whole screen is filled, with only the top Android notification bar and the bottom Android virtual buttons bar make the usable area of the 9-inch screen a bit smaller.
  21. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  22. We've solved that issue in the following new beta build of AIDA64: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  23. Thank you. Try to enable Asus WMI sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. That should fix the issues on your particular motherboard. Make sure to have the latest BIOS flashed as well, version 2602 (August 2019).
  24. Thank you for the data. Please also submit an Embedded Controller Dump, and if possible, a photo of the sensor readings as you can see them in the UEFI Setup (BIOS Setup).
