  1. That sounds quite hot indeed. You need to improve the cooling of your video card, and/or improve the ventilation of your system case. Regards, Fiery
  2. That solution collects reports into multiple files, resulting in one CSV report for each computer every day. So if all your users log into their computers every single day, it would mean 19 x 365 = 6935 reports per year. Putting reports into a single file would make it difficult to sort unnecessary reports out, to remove old reports (when e.g. your move a PC out of the network), etc. If you don't want to manage a lot of report files, then SQL database could be an alternative to CSV reports.
  3. Please let us know what motherboard, CPU and video card(s) do you have, and whether do you have a RAID array defined. Thanks, Fiery
  4. If your computers are in a domain, then it's quite easy. You just need to add a new line to your central users logon script, launching AIDA64 Business Edition from a shared folder from your file server. Example line: \\server\share\aida64folder\aida64.exe /R \\server\share\aida64reports\$DATE\$HOSTNAME /CSV /AUDIT /SAFE /SILENT You need to provide read-only access to \\server\share\aida64folder for your desktop users, and write-only access to \\server\share\aida64reports. Note that the above example would place reports inside a new folder every day. It will enable you to use AIDA64 Change Manager to see what hardware or software changes occured in the previous period. You can find explanation on the command-line options in the AIDA64 User's Manual. In the above example I've used /AUDIT, which would place both hardware and software information to the reports. Limiting report content to hardware information may not be the best idea in the long run. Even if you don't use the gathered software information now, they may come useful sometime in the future Regards, Fiery
  5. You can configure the report file filename in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Report / Report File. You can use the $HOSTNAME tag to insert the computer name into the file name. Regards, Fiery
  6. 1) What version of Dr.Web is it? 2) Are you using Windows 7 64-bit SP1? 3) Are you using AIDA64 v2.60? (latest version) Thanks, Fiery
  7. That's odd. Then please try to right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic.
  8. Thank you. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic.
  9. What motherboard and CPU do you have?
  10. If you open LANG_PT.TXT, you'll see that it states "Brazilian Portuguese language module for AIDA64" in the very beginning of the file. While it's true it's not Portuguese from Portugal, so far no Portugal residents complained about it Of course it's clear to us the two languages are not identical, but so far noone applied to maintaining a separate language module for Portuguese from Portugal. If you would like to start maintaining a separate language module, it would be great, and we would appreciate it. There's no English language module (AIDA64 "speaks" native English ), but you can take the LANG_PT.TXT file, and edit it to make it more suitable and more correct for Portugal. I'll send you a private message about further matters. Thanks, Fiery
  11. Thank you, we'll add that entry to the AIDA64 language modules. Regards, Fiery
  12. AI Suite services are not listed in the Task Manager. You need to uninstall AI Suite to completely get rid of its services
  13. Are you using AIDA64 v2.60? Previous versions didn't support Gmail SMTP. Also make sure to double-check if there's a typo or needless space character in the server address. AIDA64 will only use STARTTLS command if the server name equals to smtp.gmail.com If everything is fine, then please try to enter your username and password again.
  14. Even when you don't have AI Suite open, its background services keep polling the sensor chips and may cause the issues you experience. Please try to uninstall AI Suite, and let us know if it helps.
  15. Thank you. Do you have Asus AI Suite II software installed?
  16. 1) Which version of AIDA64 do you use? 2) What motherboard and CPU do you have? 3) Do you have an external UPS device, or a built-in battery in your computer? 4) Do you have any external disk drives connected? (USB, eSATA or FireWire) 5) Do you have any RAID arrays defined? If yes, then what version of RAID drivers do you have installed? Thanks, Fiery
  17. Thank you for the feedback.
  18. If you want, you can send back your CPU, but I cannot guarantee that a replacement part would be any better...
  19. Make sure to upgrade to AIDA64 v2.60. If it still doesn't work as expected, then please let us know what exactly is the issue, so we can investigate. Regards, Fiery
  20. Several AMD Trinity (A-Series) and Zambezi (FX-Series) processors feature a flawed core diode sensor that provides incorrect (unrealistically low) temperature values when the processor is not hot (e.g. at idle). We cannot fix that hardware flaw from our software Regards, Fiery
  21. I'm sorry, but physical drive ordering is automatically done when AIDA64 enumerates them at startup, and as you found out, it goes by alphabetic ordering. We cannot change that in AIDA64 Regards, Fiery
  22. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
