  1. We've improved the Intel RAID array handling part of AIDA64. Hopefully it will eliminate the lagging issues when AIDA64 reads disk temperature from Intel RAID arrays. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1241ow5ief2yskzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery
  2. GTX580 video cards are not equipped with an ADT7473 sensor chip capable of measuring multiple temperatures.
  3. Upgrade license costs 30% less than a new license. We'll soon publish the upgrade prices on our web page. Meanwhile, you can contact our Licensing Department at the following email address for more information about the upgrade: upgrade AT aida64.com (replace AT with @)
  4. Thank you for the feedback
  5. Do you use Windows 7 64-bit?
  6. Does AIDA64 accept any type of connections, or you only have security issues with Remote Control, or Remote Monitoring, or Remote Reporting?
  7. Both AIDA64 Business Edition and AIDA64 Extreme Edition list the installed applications on the Software / Installed Programs page. Both AIDA64 Business Edition and AIDA64 Extreme Edition list the found software licenses on the Software / Licenses page. Regards, Fiery
  8. I'm not saying your CPU doesn't support those features I'm just saying AIDA64 reflects that information correctly, based on the registers of your CPU. Maybe your processor has its reasons to hide those features, or pretend it doesn't support them...
  9. Thank you for the feedback
  10. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the missing items to appear.
  11. We've fixed the Fan#3 issue, and added Pump#1 and Pump#2 RPM reading in the following new beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. The flow rate monitoring will have to be implemented in a future version only, since AIDA64 Hardware Monitoring module currently doesn't support such measurements. Thanks, Fiery
  12. We've fixed the fan labels in the following new beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery
  13. We've fixed it up in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery
  14. We've added NIC Download Rate and NIC Upload Rate to the AIDA64 Hardware Monitoring module. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Regards, Fiery
  15. Such issues are usually caused by "too eager" SpeedStep activity, e.g. when the CPU changes its multiplier between the time AIDA64 measures its clock speed and the time AIDA64 detects its multiplier. It's not easy to avoid such issues, but we'll work on it.
  16. The information on AIDA64 Motherboard page is read from the system BIOS. It shows the date of the BIOS image. In case it doesn't match with the date in the DMI block, then the DMI block is inaccurately programmed by the motherboard manufacturer (Asus in your case). Regards, Fiery
  17. Intel Rapid Storage RAID drivers cause that issue. Unlike Everest, AIDA64 implements a special call to acquire SMART disk health information (incl. disk temperature measurement) using a pass-through code via Intel RAID drivers. And that pass-through seems to cause slowdowns (freezes, lags) on certain configurations. We'll report the issue to Intel, and let's hope their next RAID driver release will fix that. To get lags less frequently than 20 seconds, you can try changing the option "Disk temperature polling frequency" (in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring) to a higher value, e.g. 1800 seconds. You need the latest AIDA64 beta to have that option. Thanks, Fiery
  18. Are you running Windows 7 64-bit?
  19. Thank you for the dumps. Meanwhile, we've got the documentation for the sensor solution of not this board, but the upcoming new Foxconn Quantum Force board. The EC implementation looks quite complicated I'm not sure how much time would the implementation in AIDA64 take without a test board on hand. I'll let you know in this topic when we have any updates. Thanks, Fiery
  20. Then in your case the lagging is caused by the Intel Rapid Storage RAID drivers To get lags less frequently than 20 seconds, you can try changing the option "Disk temperature polling frequency" (in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring) to a higher value, e.g. 1800 seconds. You need the latest AIDA64 beta to have that option. Thanks, Fiery
  21. AIDA64 is right there. The CPUID registers of your processor reflect: * CPUID[8000_0001_ECX] bit2 = 0 which means SVM (Secure Virtual Machine) is not supported. * CPUID[8000_000A_EDX] bit0 = 0 which means NP (Nested Paging) is not supported. You can check those values and other CPUID registers in the AMD CPUID Specification: http://support.amd.com/us/Processor_TechDocs/25481.pdf To fix that, make sure to check if Secure Virtual Machine support is enabled in the BIOS Setup. Regards, Fiery
  22. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
  23. Are you sure those settings are properly applied on the remote computers as well?
  24. As far as we know, only Asus P67 boards implement an EC currently. But it may change in the future.
  25. Thanks for the feedback
