Commander Pro connect fans disconnecting and reconnecting
Fiery replied to Chinawhite's topic in Bug reports
Sadly, it's correct and it's still valid with the latest iCUE version. All you Corsair hardware owners out there: you need to put more pressure on Corsair to get their act together and make it possible for other applications to access Corsair hardware while iCUE is also running in the background. It was possible with an older version of Corsair Link Software, but Corsair decided to discontinue supporting 3rd party application developers -
The issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta build

PC crash immediately after launching AIDA64 (ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+)
Fiery replied to Steph's topic in Bug reports
What motherboard do you have? Do you have the onboard SATA controller configured as IDE, AHCI or RAID? If RAID, then do you have any RAID arrays defined? -
We've done further test runs, but it still works properly for us. The issue is still due to the kernel driver mixup: try to backup your settings (AIDA64.INI file in AIDA64 installation folder), remove AIDA64 from your system, restart Windows, download the latest AIDA64 beta build, and check it again.

fixed: Missing sensor items (Asus Maximus XI Apex)
Fiery replied to Feklar's topic in Hardware monitoring
Thank you for your feedback. In order to have the DIMM thermal readings in AIDA64, make sure to enable DIMM thermal sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. -

Yes, it is very difficult to develop a fully transparent SensorPanel.

I'm not sure how to talk to our server via both path (VPN and non-VPN). The external IP address as provided by AIDA64 is basically the same as if you manually visited one of the IP address providing sites, e.g. https://whatsmyip.com/

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery -

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. -
I'm not sure what you mean by "true". The external IP address is polled by pinging our server, and that ping will provide the IP address of your computer. That is the true external IP address of your system.

Yes, it is.

AIDA64 Extreme causing PC stutter after X time (ASRock X370)
Fiery replied to TonytotheB's topic in Bug reports
I'd start by disabling the following options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and check whether it makes any difference. - Asetek LC sensor support - Corsair AXi sensor support - Corsair HXi/RMi sensor support - Corsair Link sensor support -
fixed: CPU2 Fan missing (ASRock H270M Performance)
Fiery replied to fadsarmy's topic in Hardware monitoring
We will add the CPU2 fan RPM reading in the next AIDA64 beta update. I'll post a message into this topic once the new beta build is available for download. As for HWMonitor, I think its eSIO temperature equals to "CPU" temperature (as it is labelled by AIDA64). While what HWMonitor reports as CPU temperature is the temperature reported as "Motherboard" by AIDA64. As far as I can tell, AIDA64 uses the right labels for thermal readings on your motherboard.
