In order to improve our response time and accuracy for our customers in our support system, we only guarantee a response to tickets sent through a support form along with a valid product key starting from  07.06.2021. You can open a support ticket at www.aida64.com.

We however will keep checking posts in this forum and may respond as well, and also keep this topic alive as it is a great resource for AIDA64 users.
