Anyone interested can download the working TESTING sensor panel and an Excel spreadsheet that I use to calculate. You can pm me if encounter any mistakes or issues. I will update the 'testing clock sensor panel file' if I encounter any mistakes. I think you changed your post since I first read it. I was asked a few weeks ago to do a clock with a seconds hand and at first I thought it was possible but then I did the calculations and decided that it is impossible just like you.
