  1. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps Thanks, Fiery
  2. Thank you for the data. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. The new beta should help to have some of the missing readings, like Water Pump. Please note that some of the readings may appear having generic labels, e.g. "VCORE", "VCORE (Back)", "T_Sensor1", "T_Sensor2", "T_Sensor3", "EXT_Sensor1", "EXT_Sensor2", "EXT_Sensor3" temperatures should appear as Temperature #n. "Extension fan 1", "Extension fan 2" and "Extension fan 3" fans should appear as Fan #n. The rest of the missing fans I'm afraid will not be polled by AIDA64, since they would require us to perform EC (Embedded Controller) bank switching, which is a very dangerous mechanism to use when AI Suite is installed. AI Suite is still not synchronized with 3rd party applications (like AIDA64, HWiNFO, HWMonitor, SIV, etc), and so those monitoring software need to be extra cautious, and not perform any risky register operations. A collision about EC bank switching could cause a system lockup or unexpected system power-off.
  3. Try to set Asetek fan speed to your fan duty cycle % value in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring. It should help to avoid the fans ramping up to 100% duty cycle. Regards, Fiery
  4. Just try to close CAM Software, and see if it helps. If it does, then I'm afraid NZXT still hasn't implemented the necessary synchronization mutexes to make it work together with 3rd party monitoring software like AIDA64 (and HWiNFO, HWMonitor, SIV, etc)
  5. Which web browser do you use on your remote system?
  6. I don't think it's possible Do you have any software running on your Windows PC that can do that?
  7. Once you have the display assembled and connected to your PC, please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.
  8. You can simply take any AIDA64.INI file as the basis for your customizations. If you don't have such a file on your system (in the AIDA64 folder), simply open the Preferences (AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences), and press the OK button. It will create the default AIDA64.INI file in the AIDA64 folder then. Regards, Fiery
  9. You don't need to do that. Just launch AIDA64 Business once, e.g. on your network admin computer, enter the product key, and then distribute the created PKEY.TXT file from your computer to the other networked systems. Regards, Fiery
  10. You need to have Asetek LC sensor support enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. Make sure to restart AIDA64 after altering that option. If it still doesn't work, then try to close CAM Software. We've already asked NZXT to implement the necessary synchronization mutexes to avoid collisions between CAM Software and AIDA64 (as well as other monitoring software like HWiNFO, HWMonitor, SIV, etc), but I'm not sure whether they're done with the implementation yet. Regards, Fiery
  11. Let me know if you settled on a single interface and a single display protocol, and then we can start working on the implementation
  12. Custom gauges would dramatically increase the amount of data that AIDA64 has to send over the network multiple times a second. Also, due to resolution and dpi differences, custom gauges scale badly across various devices, just like static images.
  13. Thank you. We've checked, but found no information on how to detect OCP state with RMi PSUs
  14. What interface will you use to connect your OLED display to your PC?
  15. What kind of Corsair PSU do you have? Corsair uses multiple protocols for their PSUs
  16. It works the same way for temperatures than for other readings.
  17. In theory both memory module variants should work. But, in many cases BIOS support is also necessary. Only Toshiba can give you a definitive answer to that dilemma. Regards, Fiery
  18. There are a lot of folks out there who can exploit the 3 PC license since they own a desktop computer as well as a notebook or an x86 tablet. We used to offer the 1 PC license for the same starting price of $39.95. So we haven't raised the price, but raised the number of licenses you get for the same price. Personal use license (AIDA64 Extreme) starts from $39.95, while professional use license (AIDA64 Engineer) starts from $199.90. There's quite a gap there already However, I agree that the price tag of AIDA64 Extreme may be up for debate. But if you compare it against other venerable Windows utilities, it's in the same ballpark as those. Just a few examples: - Total Commander: $42 - WinRAR: EUR 29.95+VAT - Sandra Personal: $49.99 - GetRight: $39.95 - Axialis IconWorkShop: EUR 69.95 - Kaspersky Anti-Virus: $39.99 - etc... But based on the price of other Windows utilities, IMHO the price of AIDA64 Extreme shouldn't be $10 but more like $49 or $59. Charging $10 for an AIDA64 Extreme license wouldn't be sufficient for us to sustain our efforts on the development side. Regards, Fiery
  19. We've added support for Asus Fan Extension Card for a bunch of Asus motherboards -- including Z170-A -- in the latest AIDA64 beta update: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Please let us know how it works
  20. The mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Please let us know how it works
  21. Thank you. Please let us know when Asus comes up with a fixed BIOS update and/or fixed AI Suite, since we need a 100% reliable reference to compare the readings against. We cannot fine-tune the sensor readings when even the reference readings are incorrect
  22. When you have those options disabled, AIDA64 won't be able to enumerate member drives of RAID arrays. If you have no RAID array defined in your system, you won't lose any functionality. In fact, by disabling those options, the time it takes for AIDA64 to perform its startup initialization gets shorter.
  23. Make sure to watch both the core temperatures and CPU Package temperature. Whichever is the highest, that one should matter the most.
  24. It means that under very heavy stress your CPU is overheating and throttles to prevent permanent damage. It's normal for mobile computers equipped with Haswell, Broadwell, Skylake and Kaby Lake processors. As long as the notebook works fine under everyday load, you're fine. Regards, Fiery
